Reinders Schijndel is, since 1970, a specialist in customised production of fasteners. As a supplier to the machining sector and precision engineering industry, we specialise in high-quality wire coils in small to medium-sized series (from 50 to approx. 5000 pieces). Thanks to our versatile machinery, we are able to respond quickly and flexibly to your requirements (metric / metric-fine / UNC / UNF / BSW). Including operations such as machining, centreless grinding and finishing.

Wire reels

We specialise in high-quality wire coils for customised fasteners, manufactured according to drawings. With our versatile machinery, we can produce metric, metric-fine, UNC, UNF and BSW threads. Thanks to our flexible working method, we supply both small and large series with accurate fit and high strength.

Centerless grinding

With centreless grinding, we achieve an exceptionally smooth finish and high dimensional consistency without the need for fixturing. This makes it ideal for shafts and cylindrical parts, where precision and consistency are essential. We can quickly and efficiently machine large and small series with minimal tolerances.

Chipping

Our machining techniques include turning, milling and boring, with which we produce precise machine parts. Thanks to a wide range of machinery, we can machine M5 to M200 in various types of metal. We provide both customised and series production, focusing on short delivery times and high precision.

Surface treatment

We offer various surface treatments such as galvanisation, chemical blackening and induction hardening to improve the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of metal parts. Our treatments ensure longer service life and optimum performance, tailored to the requirements of diverse industries.
