As a CNC Lathe Operator at Heesters, you are responsible for your own product from start to finish. For new requests, you consider which operations are necessary. You then retrieve the correct programme or adjust it. You do this directly on the machine with Fanuc control. Subsequently, you set up the workpiece in one of the CNC lathes, such as the Victor or FAT. Once all operations are completed and the product is ready, you carefully measure it in the inspection room. If the customer requests it, you also draw up a measurement report.
At Heesters, you don't just work on new products, but also on recurring assignments or revision work. All the necessary knowledge for these products and processes is already available in-house. You just need to load the programme and let the machine deliver the product perfectly again, exactly as the customer has come to expect from Heesters!

Working with small batches up to a maximum of 12 units - Discussing delivery and lead times with production planning.
