Forceertechniek Koolmees in Zwijndrecht is experiencing strong growth. To further expand and professionalise our welding department, we are looking for a hands-on team leader who wants to help build the future of our production. Our welding department focuses on bespoke items and small series.

As a working foreman, you'll have the chance to truly make your mark on a developing department, furthermore:
- Do you actively participate in production (MIG & TIG)?
- What is your direction for the further development of the department?
- Direct your colleagues where necessary
- Monitor your quality and planning
- Are you thinking about optimising processes?
Who are we looking for?
- An experienced MIG and TIG welder
- Independent in assembly from drawings
- Quality-oriented and structured
- Someone who dares to take responsibility
Experience in leadership is a plus, but not a requirement.
